You can choose to pay by credit car d or debit card at the checkout. Ducie accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex, as well as, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Some cards may require authorization from the issuing bank. Ducie takes security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe. At Ducie all payments are made using the most advanced technological systems and coding methods.

When you are viewing an item, you can click on the size link on the product page. Simply cross-check these measurements with your own to ensure you are ordering the correct size. For a particular size or measurement query, please contact the Ducie Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

For simplicity, we offer flat-rate shipping for all items. Packages to the UK are £8, to Europe £15 and to the Rest of the World £20. For shopping baskets valued at over £800, we offer free shipping. All prices are GBP.

Shipments are processed by DHL, Ducie’s partner carrier. You will receive regular updates on your order and delivery status by email.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. However we do offer an exchange or store credit (gift card).

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@ducie.co.uk and send your item to: Ducie, 2a Wrentham Avenue, Unit 14 The Tay Building, London, NW10 3HA, United Kingdom.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ducie, 2a Wrentham Avenue, Unit 14 The Tay Building, London, NW10 3HA, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Returns
At present, we’re not offering pre-printed return shipping labels for international returns. Should you require a return, please email customercare@ducie.co.uk, notify us of the return and await confirmation.

You should clearly mark the package as a ‘Return’ and state the value as £50 GBP or under. Failure to do this will result in excess duty/tax that will be deducted from your refund.

You’ll receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Individual-related data will only be used in case of your explicit consent. We do not store your data longer than strictly necessary and do not pass it on to third parties.
