For simplicity, we offer free worldwide shipping on orders over £800/€915/$995. Delivery is between 8-10 business days. The standard rate ranges from £10.00 for the UK, €23.95 for Europe, and $26.00 for the Rest of the World. Price includes all applicable taxes and duties anywhere in the world (except items bought in Outlet or Wholesale).
Cancellations: Unfortunately we are unable to process any cancellations after 24hrs has passed from placing your order with us.
Tax and Duties: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All taxes and duties are pre-paid and included in our online prices (except items bought in sample sale or outlet sale or wholesale).
Carrier: Shipments are processed by various couriers to ensure the best delivery method. Parcel Force, DHL, Fedex, UPS, Royal Mail etc. You will receive regular updates on your order and delivery status by email.
UK RETURNS
We hope you love your pieces from DUCIE. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that meet our eligibility requirements below:
- Items must be sent back in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- A return must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return is out of the 14 day period you will be notified and issued a Gift Card.
- Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must be in a sell-able condition free from marks and stains.
Unfortunately returns will not be accepted if the above requirements are not met.
Please include your packing slip in your return. Failure to do this may cause a delay in the return process.
For UK orders we offer easy returns with Royal Mail.

Please note that returns are not free, we will deduct a £3 postage fee from your refund.
Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.
Non-returnable items:
- Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged.
- Items without the original tags and packaging.
- Gift Cards
- Sample Sale items - items bought at a discounted price that are marked as 'Final Sale'

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please note that returns are not free, so you will be responsible for the postal fee. We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned item(s) during the transit back to us so we advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.
