Returns
We offer returns and exchanges on all orders within 28 days of delivery date. All returns must be registered via our returns portal prior to shipping the package back to us. A return shipping fee of €13, $12 or £10 applies, depending on your country.
If you need a different size, you can exchange your order free of charge within 28 days of delivery.
If your exchanged item isn’t quite right, you can return it free of charge, provided it is still within the original 28-day return window.
All returns must be shipped in their original packaging, with product tags still attached. Products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. If an item is returned with signs of wear, marks, staining, odour, damage or missing packaging/tags, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to you at your cost. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your item(s), to your original payment method, or store credit.
Gift cards, sample, archive sale and outlet items are not eligible for return.
For Canada Only:
If you return your order, you will receive a full refund of any duties and taxes paid at checkout, in addition to the cost of the returned items.

- You will receive a returns label by email. Please use this to ship your package back to us
- Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of the item being received
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item is faulty or was received damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp. within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images so we can assist you promptly.
