We hope you love your pieces from DUCIE. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that meet our eligibility requirements below:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Returns received between 14–30 days of delivery will be issued as a gift card.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in sellable condition.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Please ensure your packing slip is included in your return. Failure to do so may delay processing.

Quality Check & Deductions

All returns are subject to a quality inspection.

If an item is returned with signs of wear, marks, staining, odour, damage or missing packaging/tags, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse the return and send the item back to you at your cost; or

  • Apply a deduction of up to 40% of the item value to cover restoration or repackaging costs.

Shipping & Return Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns are not prepaid. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

  • However, if you would prefer us to organise the return on your behalf, we are happy to assist. The cost of a courier collection arranged by us typically ranges between £50–£70, depending on your location, and will be deducted from your refund.
    This service is entirely optional and provided for convenience

International Returns & Duties

All return parcels must be clearly marked and addressed to:

Failure to do so may result in excess import duties or taxes being charged. Any such charges will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn, washed, stained or damaged items

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Gift Cards

  • Sample Sale / Outlet items

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is faulty or was received damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp. within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images so we can assist you promptly.
