Returns
We offer returns on all orders within 28 days of delivery date. A return shipping charge applies, deducted from your refund: £10 (UK), $12 (USA), €13 (EU). All returns must be registered via our returns portal prior to shipping the package back to us.
All returns must be shipped in their original packaging, with product tags still attached. Products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. If an item is returned with signs of wear, marks, staining, odour, damage or missing packaging/tags, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to you at your cost. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your item(s), to your original payment method, or store credit.
Gift cards, sample, archive sale and outlet items are not eligible for return.

- Enter your order number, email, zip code or phone number
- You will receive a returns label by email. Please use this to ship your package back to us
- Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of the item being received
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item is faulty or was received damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp. within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images so we can assist you promptly.
